"I was getting alarms from my ION Basement sump pump system. Austin from Knobloch came out. He was well versed with the pump control and battery back-up systems. He replaced a 15 year old system with more reliable one before some heavy rains. Austin has pride in his work and tested the system he installed. One of the pipe connectors had a flaw and he reworked it to make sure it was 100%. He has done work for me before and for my relatives...all are happy with what he has done."
